Question:
Will this feet on rims to replace my 4.8-12 tires on my small trailer? I am getting ready for a long road trip and want better tires for the trip. Will this fit the rim?

Expert Reply:
Yes, 4.8-12 trailer tires and ST145/80R12 tires are both designed to fit a 12 inch diameter rim that is 4 inches wide. The only thing you will need to consider is vertical clearance.
The Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10140 that you referenced will be a little less than an inch taller. So if you have a fender above the tire you will need to consider this change in clearance.
