The closest radial tire size we offer to your 4.80-12 bias ply trailer tire would be the Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10140. This tire will be about an inch taller and wider than what you currently have.
You will need to make sure your trailer has enough clearance for this.
