Easy installation everything was perfect. I have no intention to tow with this little car. This is a 2024 TRAX. I bought the hitch for a bike rack or a luggage carrier. Also, it gives good protection to the back of the car. I’m very happy with it.

Love the hitch. The shipping out to me was quick. The packaging was horrible. The hitch was all scratched up. I’m sure it going to rust in those spots. I don’t blame you guys I blame the packaging and the shipping company.

Good hitch, no problems, I'll share what I learned. For the sealant/caulking that has to be trimmed, take a razor knife and score it in a straight line about a 1/2 inch up and then you can peel it away using a flat razor scraper like you would for an old inspection sticker. The install is definitely easier with ramps or a lift and two people. I had ramps and my wife who is a saint. Start on the exhaust side. You do have to finagle it past the exhaust pipe. When you're snaking the rear backing plates through try to orient them so that the longer side is facing the front of the car. They won't allow the bolt to pull through straight if they are not orientated correctly. I wish I had taken pictures. Hope it helps.
The way the hitch was packaged was not sufficient. busting Through the box in 2 places, when I received it
The item is just as described. Received it in good time. Only thing I can mention that was not up to par was the packaging. The receive points were sticking through the box on both sides, and luckily it had not been damaged. Some foam packaging could have helped. The instructions also are not very discernable as the pictures are quite blurry and hard to make out. Instructions are simple but I recommend watching the YouTube video on installing before attempting.
One of the EASIEST hitches I have ever installed! Took less than an hour…very solid and looks very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Oh, and did I mention the service was great and delivery was fast!
Installed myself although it'd be easier with 2 people . Use it for our E-bikes and a extra cargo rack
I'm 62 years old, it took me about 20 minutes to install by myself with no jack.

I use the hitch for towing a mountain bikes and it was perfect height where it is attached to my car. The hitch does stick out a couple of inches but, to me that's fine. Thank you:)
Easy instructions and to install.
Delivery quick.
Took two of us old folks a couple of hours to install the hitch. We did not have a lift. There were some issues with lining up the bolts with the holes in the back. I rather expect the wiring to be more of an issue as we have to thread the wire to the battery and we still don't have a lift.
The video was as usual lots of help.
Good hitch rather easy to put on hardest part is when you take the guide wires off and your trying to start the nut without the bolt going back in the hole can be little intimidating. Best thing I found was the wedge the bolt up or down to create tension then start the nut then get everything straight again. Overall good product and no complaints ordering from e trailer. Fast shipping.

The trailer hitch arrived a day earlier than planned, which was great. What I didn’t understand was why it was shipped to Utah from Mo. to be shipped to Indiana.
Got wrong product initially but John straightened things out quickly and made sure I got the right receiver hitch
Very happy with the purchase and delivery. I use to work in a shop that did professional hitch installations so installing was a piece of cake. I'm sure someone with no experience could install this without any problems as long as they followed the directions. I never give 5 stars as I believe there is always room for improvement

Working very well
Etrailer was the site I found my 1st hitch, for a 2016 Equinox. Now I find that they also have a hitch for my 2024 2nd Gen Chevy Trax.
Great customer service with keeping me informed of shipping and delivery info. I will be using an installer - one is just a mile or so away! As a 75 YO, it is hard to dfo things like install a hitch, but if I had not moved into an apartment, I would have had everything to install it myself. Install looks a lot easier than my Equinox install was. 4 bolts and a bit of fishing the connections into the 4 attachment points on the frame rail.

I have an Aventon Level 3 step through bike that weighs 67 Lb with battery. This hitch is more than sturdy enough for my bike. The local installer did a great job getting this rack on my car, even though the fisshing wires were the wrong size for the bolts.
Hitch fits well. Installation was easy-ish, but would be easier with an extra pair of hands. There was a fairly large scratch on the back of the tubing where one can't see. Also, the packing needs to be improved - skinny edges were sticking a bit through the cardboard box.
The hitch was delivered promptly and was very easy to install. However, it could be packaged for shipping a little better. The hitch protruded through the box in 3 places and the metal was gouged and paint was scraped off. Still I would recommend etrailer to anyone considering purchasing a trailer hitch.
I got my hitch yesterday and got it put on today. The salesman did a great job getting me the right one and got it delivered quickly with no shipping cost. The mechanic who put it on just told me it was extremely easy to get on the vehicle and built really well for what I needed! Thanks!
