Troubleshooting Curt Trailer Wiring Install Where There is No Power to Anything
Updated 10/30/2025 | Published 02/16/2025 >
Question:
I have installed this in my vehicle but I have no power. My car lights still work but I have no power to the 4 prong for trailer lights. I have taken it apart checked my grounds, redid connections and re ran everything while outside of the vehicle and I still have nothing to the trailer lights. Let me know if I am missing something.

Hey Drew, you didn't mention the power wire of the Curt trailer wiring kit part # C93ZV. Did you run that up to the vehicle battery positive post? If everything isn't working that would be my first guess as to where the problem is.
