Question:
What torque values do the bolts on your frame mounted tie downs? I heard 50lbs on a video but that seemed high.

The hardware for the Rear TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs # TLT3304 need to be torqued to 75 ft-lbs according to my contact at TorkLift. If you're talking about a different kit please let me know.

50 felt ok on some bolts but excessive on the lower mounting bolts. 75 would snap the fasteners, only my feel after 50 years of wrenching. Guess I'll stick with 50 to be safe. It baffles me this torque number isn't in the instructions provided.
