Hey Wes, unfortunately it looks like the Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE32RR is not intended to be used with Diesel engines so it's not going to work with your Dodge 2500.
We do have a couple other options that don't say anything about not working with a Diesel. You would have to measure the diameter of your current sway bar and then match it to one of the ones listed below.
- For a 1 1/4" diameter sway bar, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-124,
- For a 1 1/2" diameter sway bar, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM46GR,
&
- For a 1 3/8" diameter sway bar, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM66GR.
