Hey Kyle! What kind of camper do you have? There are camper tie-downs available for your 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. However, I will need to know what kind of hitch you have, along with running boards (none, cab length, wheel to wheel) to find the right parts.
Assuming you have the factory hitch, or no hitch, you can use the TorkLift Tie Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front and Rear # TL46VV if you have cab length or no running boards. If you have wheel to wheel running boards you can use the # TL25FV. If you have a different hitch please let me know in the comments below.
Since it is a dually you may also need the TorkLift Camper Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004. Measure from the front of the camper slide in point to the rear anchor point. The kit is needed if your measurement is less than 90 inches. You will also need turnbuckles like the TorkLift Locking FastGun # TLS9529-2-LK.
