Hello Chan; for a hitch that fits your 2022 Subaru Outback I recommend the etrailer Hitch # e25TR. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a bolt-on installation. It has a concealed cross tube, so only the receiver is visible, and a matte black finish. The hitch also features a limited lifetime warranty.
For wiring, you need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56040. This plugs into the connection point in the rear cargo area and will give you a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. If you don't already have one, you will also need a ball mount like the etrailer # e67DR.
