Easiest install and very excellent quality. It looks so perfect that this could be a factory hitch. I would buy from etrailer again and again. This makes the family Jeep useful and packing the boat and heading to the wild soon.
Bought this hitch as an early Father’s Day gift for my dads 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee ...fit like a glove!! Installation time 10 minutes!!..just a 21mm socket, impact wrench and torque wrench needed.
I’ve had trouble finding a hitch that would fit around my aftermarket exhaust. 2011 Grand Cherokee V8 with Gibson exhaust that are wider than the stock exhaust. The Draw-Tite was to wide. The Curt hitch was a perfect fit. Excellent quality as well. If you have aftermarket exhaust or just need more clearance the Curt is perfect.
Very happy with the hitch and wiring kits for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was able to install it myself with the helpful Installation videos.

Ordered this particular hitch for my '11 GC because the reviews were good and I wanted one that would be relatively subtle in appearance. It definitely met my expectations - it seems very well built and the only exposed portion is the receiver - everything else sits up behind the rear facia. Installation was incrediably easy too. I added an OEM receiver cover and it looks very clean - almost as if it came from the factory - except I have a full bumper! Included are a few pic's exhibiting what it looks like installed.

Excellent product and very straightforward to install. Opted for the Curt T-Connector C55515 and will have my dealer flash computer to recognize new configuration. Already used hitch with trailer to haul several heavy items up to about 2000lbs with no trouble whatsoever. Should have got this years ago!
Bought this hitch for my 2014 Grand Cherokee to carry my bicycles. Customer service was very useful in completing the order. The order was shipped overseas to San Juan, PR arriving promptly and in excellent condition. I installed the hitch by myself in under 30 minutes without any difficulties. The installed hitch looks great. I'am very happy with this product and my buying experience.
Great welds, great final paint coat. Did notice there was more gap between the bolt flanges and the inner frame than expected. Roughly 7/16”. Good that the bolts were long enough.

The Curt C13065 hitch was received quickly and installed in two hours by myself (73 yrs old) using no hoist or even a jack or creeper. Just laid on the double corrugated cardboard shipping box with my sockets and torque wrench. It tucks up nicely out of sight except for the 2 inch receiver. The install went fine and is shown with the Yakima Holdup 2 Y02443 both received quickly from etrailer. Both shown on the back of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Highly satisfied with both.
I was in need of a tow hitch and I came across etrailer.com - I was excited to receive my delivery, however UPS delivered my shipment to another address and I had to endure the process of filing a claim and waiting for confirmation and be resent another trailer hitch. When finally receiving my package, the process went smoothly: the videos were a great help!

Looks very well made. Installation was straightforward and fit vehicle nicely.
Hitch was a bit too wide, had to actually use a floor jack and large screwdriver to wedge it in place. Specs were off on this one. I would have returned it, but I already disposed of the box. Got it in after some work. Disappointed for the money I spent on it. Yes, it was the correct one for my vehicle.
Hitch showed up in a timely fashion and was an exact fit. Only thing I could knock was the box was tore up when It showed up but that’s an issue with the shipper not etrailer. All in all very happy with the outcome.
Tow hitch is solid and paint appears to be heavy duty. Wiring kit was pretty easy to install and everything works great. Easy ordering and quick shipping.
I am SO happy with this hitch receiver! I just purchased a new-to-me Jeep Grand Cherokee and the very first order of business was to get a hitch receiver installed for our bike rack. A local company approved to install etrailer hitches quoted > $300 for intall, so I got a friend with a torque wrench to help us out. With my fiance assisting him with positioning, it took all of 30 mins to unpack and install- didn't even need to jack it up. Took a moment to realize the bolts were already on the car- so don't expect a bolt kit. Threw the bike rack on it immediately, and this morning we hauled our bikes an hour away with ease and confidence. I love this model b/c all you see is the receiver, none of the tubing. I am one happy girl! Thank you etrailer, I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be!

Thanks for the follow up, and wow! Time flies....I still love the hitch and put it to good use every week about twice a week to take my boat to the ramps among other things.
