I received my hitch and wiring harness kit for my 2019 Frontier within a few days after ordering. The items were well packaged, and nothing was damaged. The install instructions/video on your website were spot on. I had the whole thing installed and ready to go in less than an hour. Fit and finish of the etrailer hitch is very nice for the price. Still looks great and have had no issues.
Working from the floor of my garage with no need to jack up vehicle. placed the hitch on a couple buckets slid it under my truck and attached the hitch with the 6 bolts. Torque the bolts to specs, half hour and done. Truck is a 2025 Nissan frontier. Very pleased with the hitch and ease of install.
I thought I might show this receiver trailer I just received from your company.
Picture shows that left side lines up but right side doesn't. I'm fixing to go to
a machinist to slightly bend this part. It's so difficult for me to put it up then
remove to straighten then put back on.
What are your thoughts? I prefer not to return as I broke the box up already.
I received the new hitch from e-trailer within a couple of days of ordering. I was able to install it the next day. My old hitch had a plate welded to it. I ground that off and bolted it to the new hitch. Everything went smoothly. The old bolts came out and the new hitch fit. I put "never seize" on the new bolts to be sure they would come out if ever needed.
Went in great! Be ready to torque the bolts down!! If you are installing on the ground torqing the the bolts can be tough.

The trailer itself is fine. Unfortunately, this company doesn't believe in packaging their products properly or using a quality shipper. Not only ly did this take forever to arrive, the frame of the product was bent on arrival, and I can't bolt all of the screws to my truck frame. Really Unfortunate, when this part is this pricey. This is completely unacceptable.

Often times when the holes of the hitch and the vehicle do not line up, it is because the hitch has flexed during shipping. Because a hitches mounting brackets are made from mild steel, the mounting brackets can flex during shipping. If the entire hitch was rigid steel, there would be a greater chance of the hitch being damaged and experiencing stress cracks. I do have a link below for your future reference.

Ordered the hitch on Sunday, shipped on Monday, received it on Wednesday. Installed it Wednesday night in the dark between rain showers. Only took about a half hour to install. Very happy so far.
Hitch was quickly received after ordering and installed without any issues on my 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro4X Crew Cab. I preferred this model for the cost savings and I did not need a bracket or mount for the 7 way plug on the hitch since I mounted it in the bumper.

HITCH DID NOT HAVE ATTACHMENT FOR ELECTRICAL PLUG.
Mine was bent almost half inch in, on one of the tab with the 3 holes to mount to the frame. Used a 4x4 and a bottle jack to get it straight enough to mount...
Just received the hitch on my front porch. Box was pretty beaten up, but it took me about 30 minutes to install it myself perfect fit. Glad I did not spend the money on an OEM hitch.
Unfortunately hitch never made it on the truck. The frame is too far gone to be safe

Still working great with no abnormal signs of cracking or fatigue from towing. Paint is not rusting either.

Hitch looks great on my 2024 Nissan Frontier. The mat black finish matches the bumper perfectly, looks OEM. Installation took me about 15 minutes by myself using a block of wood and a floor jack. Shipping was on time and price was right.

No issues, still working as advertised. Finish has no rust after a northeast salty winter.
Great hitch. Very nice finish, included hardware worked great, simple installation. Shipping was very fast! This is my second etrailer hitch and definitely will not by my last.
Note: Only thing I did different was I purchased a factory Nissan harness, I think its paying extra for.

This hitch has been used a lot and without fail. Its even been used by a tow company to pull me out of a ditch! Unfortunate situation, but was the ultimate test.

When a trailer hitch is constructed, the manufacturer uses softer steel in the side plates as opposed to the harder steel used in the crossbar and receiver tube. This allows the hitch to flex along with the vehicle to a certain degree. This flexibility can unfortunately also allow the hitch to get slightly bent out of position during shipping and handling. The good news is that it's very easy to fix this if you know a few tricks as shown in the article I've linked for you.
