Hey Dan, we actually have a few install videos for hitches on a 2023 Subaru Outback Wagon but most of them are for the Curt hitch part # C67JR or the etrailer part # e25TR.
I attached install videos down below on this page for both for you to check out.
There is also chance you saw one for the Draw Tite hitch but it's no longer available. Are you planning on doing some towing?

The hitch pretty easy about 1hr start to finish. My biggest problem was finding the plug for the wiring harness. The instructions said it was behind the backseat on the driver side. Turns out it was just behind the rear bumper in the middle. Way easier to get at than behind the seat

I installed one on 2024 outback very simple. Watch video the worse part I think was unsnaping the bumper cover other than that pretty straight forward.

I found the hitch easy to install with video and instructions. You may need to watch a couple of different videos to get some different tips and slight variations in your vehicle like where to find the factory light wire harness
