Hello Douglas. The bolts for installing a trailer hitch on a 2002 BMW X5 are 1/2" - 13 1-3/4" long grade 8 bolts. We cannot provide individual bolts and nuts but we can provide a full hardware kit with part # RHK. When you go to the page for the # RHK there is a box where you need to enter the part number for your hitch. In this case you will enter the part number # C13162 in this box before adding the # RHK to your cart. This will get you a complete hardware kit for the 2002 X5. If you are wanting just individual bolts, you can usually get them at a local hardware or auto parts store. Below you will find the full hardware list for the # C13162 hitch. Let me know if you need anything else.
