I JUST BOUGHT A 2021 tOYOTA HIGHLANDER IT LOOKS LIKE E75ZR TRAILER HITCH. dO I ALSO NEED THE wiring harness TK99FR ? IS IT POSSIBLE THAT TOYOTAS HAVE A WIRING HARNESS

Hi Chris; the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e75ZR is a great choice and confirmed to fit your 2021 Toyota Highlander. If you don't have a factory hitch there is no way your Highlander already has a factory 4-way installed. The # TK99FR is the correct wiring harness for a 2021 Highlander without the tow package.
