What wiring harness do i need for 2021 highlander XLE. Does the wiring go all the way from the dashboard to the rear of the car ?

For your 2021 Toyota Highlander the trailer wiring harness I'd recommend is the Tekonsha kit part # TK99FR which is the easiest to install and has the most reliable converter box. It does not run all the way up to your dashboard. I attached an install video for it for more info as well.
