Question:

I have a 2002 Chevy 3500 crew cab long bed. I need the most heavy duty hitch replacement as the factory has bent. I need a plug and play option which also includes whatever I need to install the 7way plug. Thank you for your time.

To replace the factory hitch on your 2002 Chevy Silverado 3500 I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41944. For something a bit more heavy duty we have the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45519, but this does with a larger 2-1/2" hitch receiver so it may not work with your current inventory of hitch accessories without an adapter like our Magnetic Reducer Sleeve # e28JR.

For the wiring there are 2 possible replacement options depending on what your vehicle came with; the Twist-In # PK11916 or the 4-Way/7-Way Hopkins # HM40975.
