Question:
I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 3500 classic with a 12’ dump bed. I’ve replaced the leaf springs already and after several years the rear is sagging again. Would you recommend the Air Lifter 5000 or would the 7500 series fit?

When it comes to choosing between the Air Lift 7,500 and the Air Lift 5,000 I recommend going with The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57275. The 7,500 pound air springs will be over kill for you and will give you an uncomfortable stiff ride. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57275 have a 5,000 pound weight capacity and has an adjustable air pressure between 5 psi to 100 psi.
To make life easier I also recommend The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ. I like this compressor system over the others because you can turn your smart phone into a fully-functional controller using the mobile app. It will deliver advanced diagnostic reports and will notify you of any leaks or compressor failures.
I linked two installation videos below. One of the Air Lifts being installed onto a 2001 GMC Sierra and the other of The WirelessAIR compressor being installed onto a 2019 GMC Sierra. Both installations will be very similar for your 2007 GMC Sierra Classic. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I will be more than happy to further assist you in your towing endeavors.
