Installation was straightforward. Frame was slightly out of alignment (previous receiver was smashed in a rear end accident (don’t text & drive!). However, with the aid of some large tools got the holes to align. Receiver is set back from rear bumper some 6 inches but I expected some problems with my utility bed. Will be immediately towing my bbq trailer so we’ll see if it is as good as my last receiver.

It's seems good, but there are a couple things. The original hitch has six bolts in the frame and two bolts in the center that attach to the bumper to help with the tounge weight. The replacement has 6 in total and all attach to the frame. Also, the two holes most to the rearof the truck didn't line up and needed to be reemed out a bit. Otherwise it looks good. I have not tested it yet. Fingers crossed but it look like it'll be ok.
Ordered the Curt XD hitch # C15313 for my 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD and it arrived 1 day earlier than expected with no issues. Ordering was easy and product info was spot on. This hitch is tuff as it gets for a 2 inch receiver and fit perfectly. Will fit a 10 inch drop bumper with no problem. As I have a stock step bumper, the hitch sits 3 inches below bottom of bumper. No more rubbing issues from trailer tongue I had before.

The hitch fit as it should and still going strong a year later
I ordered this hitch receiver and had it in two days. It was a breeze to install by myself -- just a bit tricky getting a balance point to lift with one arm and start a bolt with the other -- help would have been nice for this part, but not necessary. All of the mounting holes lined-up,perfectly and there was no forcing anything to fit into place. The included hardware includes four 9/16 lag bolts and two 1/2" lag bolts, but I didn't need the 1/2" lag bolts due to my truck having a weld nut in those positions -- I used the OEM hardware for this, as suggested in the instructions.
The hitch looks great and much more durable than the OEM hitch on my 2004 2500HD Silverado which was beginning to show fatigue at the welds.
The only problem I have with it is, my current hooks for my travel trailer safety chains and break-away won't fit the holes. I called etrailer to see what I could buy to fit in these holes and the lady I was speaking with didn't really know what I was talking about, so I ordered a couple of cheap hooks that may or may not work. I will know when I receive them.
This is a great product and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a heavy-duty hitch.

What a great looking high quality, heavy duty hitch. Holes lined up perfectly with frame. I had to loosen the bumper so it could be tweaked so mounting bolt could pass through three holes (frame, bumper, & hitch).
Note: I did not remove the spare tire to mount. (even though advised by instructions) It was quite simple to do. I held it up, wife started the nuts, and I torqued to 110 and 150 lb's as instructed.
It looks like a brute, great finish, high quality.

The order came in a reasonable time. I've had the hitch for a year. I bent my factory hitch because I tow heavy and regularly. This one bolted in perfect, and has held up great.

I received my hitch receiver later that originally advertised, in a damaged box. The hitch had some scratches and the instructions were for a different product. Most importantly it was missing hardware to mount. Hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible.

I am so sorry about this inconvenience. I see that we reshipped the hardware and instructions to you. As for the scratches, it is important to cover them with anti-corrosive paint to be sure that they do not rust prematurely.
