Hey Steven,
You can definitely swap out the Lippert Quick Drop Tongue Jack # LC733926 on your trailer for the Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # TV64FR. You'll just want to measure the frame and make sure it falls under the maximum tolerances (4-3/4" tall x 3-3/4" tall) of the mounting brackets. If the frame is larger you can also shoot some self-tapping screws through the bracket to mount it to the frame instead of clamping onto it. I recommend keeping the bracket slightly loose and playing with the placement of the jack on the tongue to make sure that you'll be able to swivel it up out of the way and then you can fully tighten it down.
