Hey Lisa,
To flat tow your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk you'll need the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit # BLU86XR. This wiring harness comes with connectors to plug inline with your factory tail light wiring. If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components, besides the Blue Ox Baseplate # BX1128, then I have the following recommendations:
Tow Bar: etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e67ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables included, a holder for the umbilical cord running between the motorhome and Jeep, and has an adjustable head/shank to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and Jeep.
Braking System: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This portable system can be easily installed and removed when not in use so that you aren't sacrificing space for a permanent system. This will also transfer between other vehicles with ease so you won't have to rebuy a bunch of equipment if you decide to tow your other car or if you sell the Jeep later on. It does require a 12v outlet # RM-9332 with a direct line to the battery for power though.
Since this system is going to run off the battery you can install charge line kit # RM-156-25 to keep the Jeep battery charged while towing. If you do this you'll need to cut the 4-pole connector off of the # BLU86XR and splice the wiring into a 6-pole socket. For the socket and 7-way cable you'll need part # BX88206.
