Will Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchor - Bolt On - 1/2 Diameter - 2,000 lbs. Work with torkflight fastgun camper tie downs. I will be securing to a steel flatbed.

Yes, the Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchors # DR01 will work with the Torklift FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9529-2-LK. Generally, these kinds of D-Rings are not used as a tie down point for a camper, but if they are properly secured using the Backing Plate # BP1D, I see no reason why these could not be used for this purpose. I am not sure exactly what kind of camper you are securing but having four 2,000 lb capacity D-rings should be more than enough for most any truck camper.
