Hello, neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Tuf Flat Shield for license plate frames in a smoke color. Now folks, this Tuf Shield is going to keep your license plate clean and protected. As you can see, it's a smoke color. Just gotta block here holding it up. But again, it is a tough resistant license plate cover.
It's pretty much never gonna break on you or anything. It's not legal in all 50 states. So make sure you check your local state's regulations before purchasing and installing. Now it is designed with a thin lip and that's going to fit over flat and raise letters on the plate itself. It is made of a smoke tinted UV resistant polycarbonate plastic.
Now they guarantee this not to crack or break, like I mentioned. You would use your existing nine hardware. However, if you want some new ones or if you just need something to kind give a little flare, we sell some stainless steel fasteners separately, as well as some fastener caps to go over those screws, and then fit on here snugly once it's installed. I received license plate covers in the mail packaging was awesome and I am very happy with the product also shipping was very quick which made me very happy
I was hoping the covers were slightly bigger to wrap around the (province of Ontario) plate, but the lip is the same size as the plate, maybe a bit bigger. The result is that the lip sits on the edges of the plate. Maybe US plates are slightly smaller?? Still looks great though.

Ive seen smoke and dark smoke license plate covers on line. This one looked dark even though it just said smoke. It's not near as dark as picture looks. Also came scratched.

Service was good. Decent delivery time. Plate shield was too small for plate. I bought this tinted shield for a standard size NYS license plate, and the shield was smaller than the license plate. I put all the correct information into the site regarding the type of plate and vehicle it was going on.
