Question:

I lost the lock for my hitch pin. It locks the bolt holding the rack in the trailer hitch. The key number is N165. The lock was black and oval shaped with a black plastic cover that snapped over the key entry point. The cover was sort of hinged and came off easily. Can I get a replacement?

Is this lock on a Thule brand bike rack? The N165 is a known Thule key number. If you can tell us specifically what brand and model of bike rack you have it will really help to narrow down what parts you need.

If it is a Thule, we have the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 which replaces the entire lock and pin on most of the newer Thule hitch mounted bike racks. It is possible to get the lock housing # 753-3725-02 by itself if that is all you need. You would also need a new lock core set # TH450200. It may be more cost effective to just get whole new lock # THSTL2, since that will come with everything you would need.
