For a locking hitch pin to fit the Thule Swingaway bike rack you sent in a picture of the part # THSTL2 would the pin to use. For just the pin portion you'd want the part # 853-5917.
Looks like that rack is installed in a RV hitch. You should note that Thule does not rate their bike racks for use at the rear of an RV due to the much rougher ride quality. I know that's not what you asked about but it's important that you know that.

I have an older bike rack, similar like this one. I need to replace the straps and the lock (the male end came loose and dragged on the road). Can you tell me what parts would be correct to buy?
