I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C23WR on your 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz. This receiver is custom fit for your vehicle so no drilling is required to bolt to your frame. When we installed this on a 2022 Santa Cruz we found it to have a hitch height of 14". With most utility trailers having a height of roughly 16" for the coupler I recommend using a Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554 which includes a 2" hitch ball most commonly found on utility trailers.

The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 will give you a 4-way flat trailer connector. This is the most common connector found on 3,500lb or smaller utility trailers. If you have a larger travel trailer you may have electric brakes on the trailer. If so you will also need the 7-Way Upgrade Kit # ETBC7 and a Brake Controller # RED52VR.
