Great hitch, no issues with it at all. Use a floor jack to make the installation easier.

The hitch was easy to install and the instructions were perfect no problems at all only took about 1 hour and saved me about $600, thank you so much.
Great quality, perfect fit, easy to install. Parts and labor through Hyundai dealership was over $[XX]! This install also only took 45 minutes. Dealership was going to charge 3 1/2 hours labor at $[XX] an hour. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is an excellent product. At first I did not think it would fit. Once it was put in place and the bolts were tightened down it went right into place. I have it on a new 2023 Santa Cruze. I am able to pull my 2024 Mako 15.5 foot boat loaded with no problems. I can't say enough good things about it. GREAT!
The shipping was somewhat vague. on what was coming and what was just forwarded and shipping at a different date. I received the hitch, connector, and floor mats but the tonneau cover was not coming until the 26th of March. Nothing real showed that in the shipping info I was receiving. Other than that everything showed up from ETrailer quickly and in good shape. Still waiting on the tonneau cover. After a quick phone call got the shipping date on the tonneau cover and good with it.

Yhe hitch works great!
Absolute perfect fit on my Hyundai Santa Cruz. Definitely needed a second set of hands to set the first two bolts but after that it was a quick job. Just feels really solid and high quality, including the bolts and washers. Zero complaints - easy transaction and quick delivery.
Hitch receiver was a simple bolt in install. Looks and fit perfectly to my santa cruz. Easy to install and saved me a lot of money compared to a factory installed unit.
Bolted right up to the Santa Cruz. Wiring harness was plug and play.
The hitch works. I gave it a three star because it came with the box damage and the hitch bent. I inquire to etrailer about it, and was told that I should be able to straighten it. I did but, I am not able to secure one bolt. As it does not align properly.

I am using the hitch but because the The hitch came bent, I was not able to straiten it to its original form so, I could not install one bult. So, I use it with limited weight less then 1000 lbs.
Fit perfectly on my Hyundai Santa Cruz!.. Installation was relatively simple. I have towed with this many times and it has worked great!!

It went ok. A little difficult trying to tighten bolts on passenger side. Took me about 2 hours doing it myself.
Harness was quick and easy.
Packaging of hitch is minimal and even the second shipment experienced some holes in the box. Customer service was outstanding, fast and helpful. Both the hitch and the harness fitted well. I would recommend viewing the instillation on Youtube. I installed the hitch by myself using the muffler to hold one end up while threading the bolts on the opposite side. Then removed two of the three exhaust hanging grommets on the exhaust to then thread & tighten the three bolts on the passenger/exhaust side. I did not disconnect the battery when installing the harness and experienced no issues. Thanks to Etrailer.

Need to pack the product better. Various parts of the hitch were sticking out of the box. Hopefully nothing is bent.
Quality of product appears excellent. Install was fairly straightforward. Recommend initially using exhaust to rest passenger side of receiver for fastener starting, before lowing exhaust to make room for torquing. Recommend a hitch riser to increase resultant height of tow ball.
Like all Kurt products it installed with excellent instructions and a minimum amount of hassle. It took some physical effort but there were no surprises. I just actually used it for the first time this last week. Trailered a 900 lb. motorcycle 400 miles and back with no issues. Great values for the money.
The hitch arrived in a cardboard box and looked great. When I tried to install the hitch, I found that the mounting plate on the driver's side of the hitch was bent , likely from having been dropped on that end of the box. When the hitch was mounted to the passenger side of the vehicle the mounting plate on the driver side was about 1 1/2 inches from the mounting holes in the chassis. I used a chain fall and a couple of trees to pull the driver side plate back into position so that I could then mount the hitch to the vehicle. Had it not been for the need to straighten the mounting plate, the installation would have taken about an hour. I also should mention that I am 70+ years old and I managed the installation alone so it was not a difficult task. I gave it 4 stars because of the bent mount, otherwise it was a 5 star.

This hitch is made of mild steel which causes it to flex over pot holes and rough terrain, but also can happen during shipping which causes it to bend. Here are tips to fix the issue in this help article:

Still working great. It does what it is supposed to do and does it well. No problems at all.
Product arrived quickly , fast and easy installation ,looks great on the new 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz now we are ready for towing the jet skis to the lake or the motorcycle trailer to the races .price was much cheaper than the Hyundai factory hitch if not same as or better quality .to install hitch , wiring ,ball mount took 45 min Will definitely tell my friends &family
