Looking to purchase a trailer hitch for a 2020 Ford Escape SE and also a flat 4 trailer light harness, hopefully a plug-in play unit . Thanks in advance .

For a hitch for your 2020 Ford Escape SE the etrailer part # e89YR is a confirmed fit. It's easier to install, mostly hidden and has great towing capacities. Then for trailer wiring the best option is the Tekonsha part # TE54FR which is the easiest to install and most reliable. It's not a plug and play style per se but installs without splicing by plugging inline with the taillight connectors of the vehicle.
