I checked with Roadmaster, the correct base plate for your 2021 Jeep Gladiator Overland is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-521453-5. I have attached an installation video below to help you get it set up.

Some other parts you will need to flat tow your 2021 Jeep Gladiator are listed below:

Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267

Note: If your Jeep has ParkSense Proximity Sensors then you will need the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights item # RM47ZR and the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7 instead.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
