There's not a wiring diagram for the ARC Lighting Load Resistor for LED Lights - Quick Splice # ARC22VR however the installation is pretty simple.

All you're going to need to do is take one end of the resistor and connect it to the ground on your turn signal light, and the other end to the positive side of your turn signal. There is no negative or positive on the resistor so you'll just need to pick a side and begin with that.
