For a 5-lug wheel that fits a 20.5 x 8 x 10 tire, use the Steel Trailer Wheel - 10" x 6" Rim # AM20053 if you have a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern or # AM20046 for a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.

If you aren't sure what your bolt pattern is, I have added a link below which tells you how to measure to see what you have.

We have the part #AM3H454 which matches the criteria you mentioned. It is a 20.5 x 8 - 10 tire Load Range E mounted on a wheel with a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
