Question:

Looking for shackle kit Part # for tandem trailer. 9/16inch bolts at center equalizer and front/rear spring ends. 1/2inch bolts at shackle ends of equalizer and spring ends at equalizer. I want all bolts, nylon bushings,equalizers, shackles. everything but brackets on frame. Issue is the 1/2inch bolts on this application. Springs are 1 3/4inch wide. If you have a kit and part # that would be great.

Although we do have 1/2" replacement bolts, there are no kits that include them. However, we can piece everything together. For a 1/2" bolt we have the # ABS74FR and for a 9/16" the # 9163B.

Assuming an 11/16" outer diameter you can use the # TRBU11506 for a nylon bushing with a 1/2" inner diameter and # 721590 for 9/16" ID. You will need to make sure your bushings match the outer diameter.

You will also need to measure your shackles to get the right shackle length. This measurement is from center of hole to center of hole. We have 2-1/4" # LC122487, 2-5/8" # 115052, or 3-1/8" # TRSL313.

For equalizers, measurements will also be required. I can't really take a guess on this one with the information we have here, so I have attached a link below to all of our replacement equalizers. Match the measurements in the diagram outlined below with the replacement. It is important to get the same size so you don't throw off your suspension.
