The 5 on 5 bolt pattern is not very common so the choice on wheels is fairly limited. We have the following wheel styles that fit your 15" x 6" with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern criteria:

-Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 5 - White Powder Coat # AM20528DX

-Vesper Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 5 - Black # TA97RR

-Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 5 - Silver Powder Coat # AM20538DX

-Vesper Steel 10-Spoke Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 5 on 5 - White # 560550WS1

If you really want a wheel with that style then I suggest swapping out your hub for one with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern so your options aren't limited.

For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle using # L44649 outer and # L68149 inner bearings you could replace it with the # 84545UC1-EZ or # 84546UC3-EZ. This would allow you to use a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern wheel that matches the size and design you're looking for.
