It looks like your Forest River NOBO 19.6 travel trailer tops out at right at 7,500 lbs when it is fully loaded. Tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's total weight.
For this I recommend the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BLU66FR. This system has a tongue weight range of 750 lbs - 1,000 lbs which would work perfectly for your trailer.
This system includes a 2" shank and a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
I have linked a review video below.
I also recommend the Classic Accessories Tow Bar and Weight Distribution Tote item # CA80113. This heavy duty bag is perfect for storing your weight distributing hitch. It is 36" x 11" Wide x 8" Tall and has padding that prevents damage to your hitch and prevents dings to your vehicle's cargo area from shifting gear.
