Question: I have a Roadmaster Stowmaster 5000 tow bar Assy. off my 2005 Jeep liberty, will it bolt to my 2013 Jeep wrangler

You can utilize the crossbar mounting system on your Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar # RM-501 as long as you use a Roadmaster Crossbar Style base plate on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler. We have a couple of different options depending on the sub-model of your Jeep:
Standard Factory Bumper - # RM-521448-4 (won't fit 10th Anniversary Rubicon or Moab Edition)
10th Anniversary Addition - # 1444-1 (won't fit with American Expedition bumper)
Warn Elite Bumper 101420 - # RM92FR
Warn Elite or Moab Edition - # 1439-1 (won't fit 10th Anniversary Rubicon)
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
