Question:

I have a Stowmaster 5000 made by Roadmaster, serial number 134793. My question is, is it vehicle specific or is it universal. I know its adjustable. Thank you

The Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 6,000 lbs # RM-501 is a universal fit for any vehicle that is under 6,000 lbs curb weight and has Roadmaster EZ, EZ2, EZ4, XL, and Classic vehicle-specific base plates. The Roadmaster MX, MS, or EZ5 base plates are not compatible and no other manufacturer's base plates are compatible. The base plates are not universal fit for each vehicle but the tow bar is compatible with many different vehicles. I've attached a couple of videos to assist.

If you need custom fit base plates for a specific vehicle compatible with this tow bar let me know and I'd be happy to assist.
