The best hitch for your 2023 Chevy Equinox is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C98CR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Equinox with included hardware.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C98CR is made in the USA and weighs 41 lbs. It is a class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight so it will be perfect for your bike rack.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
If your Equinox has the factory tow package you will want the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness item # C94FR. This will provide you with a 4-way connector.
