Between the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98CR and Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36642 that fit your 2020 GMC Terrain, I would go with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98CR
These are very similar hitches, but the deciding factor here is that the Curt does have the significantly higher tongue weight capacity, 525 lbs vs. 350 lbs for the Draw-Tite. While this may not come into play often, it certainly can make a difference if you need to carry heavier cargo on a cargo carrier, for example.
Since the two hitches are otherwise the same, with the same installation, there is really no reason to go with the lower-rated option, which is why for your 2020 GMC Terrain I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98CR.
