Do You Have the Replacement Bearings for My 7K Square Bulldog Weld-On Jack?
Updated 06/04/2026 | Published 05/30/2026 >
Question:
I am looking for repair parts for an older Bulldog trailer jack, weld on,, square, extend leg, sidewind sticker says 5000lb lift and 7000lb static, AI says its likely a 190756? I am looking for a repair kit with new thrust bearing and washer/s seems to be listed as 500244 but not the trailer jack foot. Can you confirm jack model and can you get bearing kit?

Hello Patrick,
Thanks for writing in!
I do hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Bulldog products are currently very difficult to get. They were part of First Brands, and after the company's bankruptcy, many Bulldog replacement parts became unavailable.
The part number you are looking for is the Replacement Thrust Bearing Kit for Bulldog Trailer Jacks - 7,000-lb to 8,000-lb Capacity part number: 500224. You may be able to find some old stock from another supplier, but unfortunately we are sold out and are not expecting any additional inventory.
I also checked our etrailer replacement bearings to see if there was a compatible alternative, but none of them match the dimensions of the Bulldog bearing. I've attached an image from the old product page that includes the bearing dimensions and additional product information, which may help with your search.
If you are unable to locate the repair kit, the Square Direct Weld Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - Sidewind - 28-7/8" Lift - 7,000 lbs # TJD-8000S would be a great replacement option. It offers a similar capacity and weld-on design, making it an excellent choice if repairing the existing jack is no longer practical.
What kind of trailer is this on?
