Question:
2003 Toyota Matrix XR FWD. I am looking for a hitch class 3 I believe that will allow me to carry my 350lb motorcycle on a motorcycle tray type hitch carrier. I would even be open to purchasing a weld on universal hitch. Let me know if I have any options thank you.

I went ahead and checked out what we have for your 2003 Toyota Matrix and while we do not have any class III hitches that'll work with your vehicle, we do still have other options available.
Instead, I recommend checking out the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12221.
This is a class II trailer hitch that is a custom fit for your vehicle, has a maximum towing capacity of 2,500-lbs, and a maximum tongue weight capacity of 250-lbs.
With that being said, a class II hitch is not going to be able to use a hitch mounted motorcycle carrier like you had intended.
The best option in this scenario is to use a small utility trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer # K2MMT4X6.
This trailer has a payload capacity of 1,295-lbs, has bed dimensions of 72" long x 48" wide x 7-1/2" tall, and measures 156-1/2" long.
This option may not be what you're after, however0 with there being no weld-on or universal class III hitch, this is the best route for your vehicle.
Additionally, you are going to need a ball mount # C45521, a wiring harness # C55522, as well as a 1-7/8" hitch ball # C40002 to complete your setup.
