I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e44AR as the best looking receiver for your 2023 Honda Passport. This receiver has a matte black finish which will match with the factory accent panels. It has a hidden cross tube so the only part of the receiver that is visible is the 2" receiver tube and safety chain loops.
The Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56291 will allow you to connect to the factory harness on your Passport. This will give you a 4-way flat connector for towing most small trailers and will allow you to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are using a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
