Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C73DR will fit your 2022 Lexus RX 350 as long as it isn't the F Sport model. If that's what you have then you'll need the Draw-Tite Hitch # 75540 instead.
If you're planning on using this for a bike rack I recommend checking out the RockyMounts BackStage # RKY10002 which is a platform, wheel-mount style rack with a built-in swinging arm so you can gain unrestricted access to the rear cargo area of your vehicle without removing the bikes or the rack.
