I need a trailer hitch receiver for my 2022 Tuscon. I see you have two options, but they look very similar so I am confused if there is some difference I am missing?

You are correct that both the Curt # C94WR and Draw-Tite # DT22MR you were looking at for your 2022 Hyundai Tuscon are very similar. Both hitches share the same 525lb tongue weight and 3,500lb trailer weight ratings, both share the same hidden crosstube design, and will both have the same installation difficulty.
While you truly cannot go wrong with either hitch I recommend going with the # C94WR. This is due to the Curt hitch being made here in America, and in our experience the powder coat finish Curt uses tends to hold up a bit better over time.
If you will be towing a trailer with your Tuscon you will also need to pick up a vehicle wiring harness # CU94FR, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
