Straightforward installation on 2022 Lexus RX 450h. I’m an average-sized guy, able to do this safely without having to raise the vehicle.
I needed to use an extension (~30” pipe) to exert the 79 lb-ft of torque called for. Maybe my new torque wrench is miscalibrated or maybe I’m just a lot weaker than I thought.
The most helpful video instructions for my 2022 Lexus RX450h were from U-Haul.

Installed on a 2022 Lexus RX450h. A lot more installation work than previous installs I've done, but it's a Lexus issue, not etrailer's.The biggest part of the process is step 1: Removal of the Underbody Panel, and later cutting it to fit. The rear muffler hanger also needs to be removed to slip the receiver bracket in. I did the job in about 2 hours with the learning curve. Parts fit was good and all necessary hardware was included to mount the receiver bracketry. Careful not to damage any of the Underbody Panel push pins when removing them. No cutting of external painted bumper panels is necessary. End result is that it looks great!

Very rugged hitch. The installation folks said that it fit perfectly as they sometimes have difficult installations with hybrid vehicles. No issues at all with this one. Etrailer has been great and we will be purchasing a hitch bike rack from them!

Installed in about 15 minutes. Two bolts out, two plastic bolt hole covers out, loose-fitted the hitch in place with two bolts to mark plastic under bumper, dropped one side of the hitch, cut the plastic with a box cutter, bolted on the hitch. Done...! Dealership wanted $1k. Mine's a 2020 RX350 base FWD.

Fit like glove
Fit almost perfectly (cut away a tiny amount of foam insulation). Installed easily by propping it up on a few paint cans and books then used a socket wrench with 6" extension to tighten bolts.
I was easy to install. Watched a youtube which was very helpful. It took about 50 minutes to install.

Very happy with my etrailer purchase. The dealership wanted to charge $1,700.00 to install my hitch. Etrailer saved me significantly without any hassles. I was able to purchase and have my mechanic install a hitch for 1/3 of the dealership cost.
The holes in the hitch could have been a little bit wider. Other than that it was an easy fit.
