Can ETBC7 be Used to Install Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller

Question:

The instructions for the universal 7-way kit ETBC7 are designed for an in-cab brake controller, which i dont have. How do I wire up the ETBC7 to support my Curt Echo 51180 wireless controller instead?

We actually have a version of the # ETBC7 that we put together specifically with the Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 in mind with the # ETBC7L which comes with just the components needed for the Echo.

The ETBC7 comes with the same components plus additional ones that you won't need but if you have it already it can still be used. I attached install instructions and install video links to this page for more info as well. Basically your 4-way plugs into the adapter and then you will just run a single wire to the vehicle battery and you'd be set.
