Question:
I have a 2023 Kia telluride xpro, finally had Kia install the hitch and wire harness, when I connected my boat to the new wire harness the running lights on my trailer don’t work, when the right and left turn signals and brake is activated it works just no running lights, my 2016 expedition and Tahoe work fine with no issues, what’s the issue?

It sounds like your good friends at the Kia dealership need to take another look at the wiring harness they installed on your 2023 Kia Telluride.
When running lights aren't working on a trailer it either means something is wrong on the vehicle side or something is wrong on the trailer side. Since the 2016 Expedition trailer works just fine with your Tahoe that tells me the dealership didn't do something correctly with your installation, and I recommend confirming that on your end by using a circuit tester # PTW2993 to ensure all of the functions work properly.
You can also double check the fuses in your vehicle to make sure they are all in good working order. If your fuse looks good and the circuit tester is still showing the running light pin not working (see attached diagram) then Kia needs to recheck their work and get your wiring harness installed the right way.
