The answer to your question depends on which wiring harness you have. The Curt # CU94FR does have an in-line fuse on it. The Tekonsha 118784 does not have this fuse. If you have the Curt you can start by checking this fuse to make sure it is not blown.
Assuming it is in good shape, you will need to locate the trailer connector fuse for your vehicle. This information should be available in your owner's manual. The lid of the fuse box should also have them labeled. More than likely it is the one in the engine compartment. If one of these has blown it will need to be replaced and that should fix the problem.
If it isn't a fuse it could be that the converter box went bad on the wiring harness. You can use a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 to test the wiring as it enters the converter box. If you're getting power here but not where the wires come out and run to the 4-way it will need to be replaced with a new # CU94FR .
