We do sell round u-bolts used to secure leaf springs to the axle, the correct ones for you will be based on the size of the axle. The Dexter Trailer Axle part # 7359765-I for example has a 3,500 lb weight capacity so it is 2-3/8" diameter and a compatible u-bolt kit for this is the Round Trailer U-Bolts part # SP01-040 or part # APUBR-1 if you need the tie plates as well.
