I spoke to my contact at Dexter Axle and was able to determine that you have a 3,500 lb axle with 80" spring center and 94" hub face measurement which means the correct replacement for you will be the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles part # 7359765.

If you have idler hubs and you would like to replace these as well then you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs part # 7359765-I or if you have hubs/drums and you would again like to replace these as well then you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes part # 7359765-EB.

If you are looking to save money and go with our house brand then you can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K or the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35 and the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-K.

If you want to reuse your hubs or hubs/drums then you will just want to check that they use a L68149 inner bearing and L44649 outer bearing which they should.
