I spoke to my contact at Dexter Axle and was able to determine that you have a 3,500 lb axle with 80" spring center and 94" hub face measurement which means the correct replacement for you will be the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles part # 7359765.
If you have idler hubs and you would like to replace these as well then you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs part # 7359765-I or if you have hubs/drums and you would again like to replace these as well then you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes part # 7359765-EB.
