For a complete flat towing setup on your 2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Here are the parts I recommend to go with the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-4 you were looking at:

Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit - # RM-15267 (Kit # RM38FR if you have variable voltage LED lights)
Brake System - Hydraulic # DM86VR or Air # DM26VR motorhome brakes
High-Low Adapter - See attached article

The etrailer tow bar has some height adjustment to reduce the need for a high-low adapter plus it's easier to use than a lot of the other kits. The Roadmaster wiring is some of the best on the market so I always recommend their kits.

The brake systems install permanently on your vehicle but in such a way that you don't realize they are there during normal driving which is a huge plus.
