Should the Demco CoachLink Monitor Always Show 3 Red LED's When In Use?

Winnebago View, Maverick toad Just had the Stay in play duo and Wireless coachlink installed. When braking, even lightly, all 3 led lights come on. Would only one or two leds ever come on...or always all 3?
