Will Yakima Jetstream crossbars work on this rack system, or will I have to change to HD crossbars?

You will need to use the Yakima HD Crossbars 68" # Y01158 or 78" # Y01159 with the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack Uprights # Y01151 on your 2022 Ford F-350. The HD Crossbars are the only bars compatible with the uprights. We do carry them as kits that will include the uprights and crossbars together.

You really could use either one of the 68" #Y01158 or 78" #Y01159 bars, but I have a feeling that the 78" bars are going to stick out a little bit too far, so I do recommend going with the 68" Yakima HD Bars #Y01158. Obviously…
